Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at palf@palfreygreer.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. The item must be sent to the following address:

Please note that the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. In these cases, a free return label will be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly, including issuing a free return label if needed.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
